In my opinion, you can find plenty of job opportunities on LinkedIn without shelling out a single penny. You do not need to go for this and that too if you are out of job. 

2.LinkedIn Premium Business: BEST FOR ROOKIES 

Cost: $59.99/month

Designed for sales professionals, LinkedIn Premium Business aims to help you build a vast network of leads. With some pretty good filters and access to unlimited profile views, you can start your prospecting and build your LinkedIn profile. 

Although only 15 InMails is a bit of a letdown. For Startups or Individuals, who do not want to spend more money they should start with Premium Business. It is definitely a hit to start prospecting.
