Information We collect and control

We collect information about you only if we need the information for some legitimate purpose. We will have information about you only if (a) you have provided the information yourself, (b) We have automatically collected the information. Retention of information

We will also securely store the information and isolate it from further processing on backup discs until deletion is possible.

Retention of information

We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use our Services. Once you terminate your user account, your data will eventually get deleted from active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 12 months. The data deleted from active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months.

Data subject requests

If you are from the European Economic Area and you believe that we store, use or process your information on behalf of one of our customers, please contact the customer if you would like to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, or export your personal data. We will extend our support to our customer in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Payments

For payments, you will be prompted to a third-party payment processing provider, who will store and process your payment information. We will only receive information about payment confirmation from that provider.

Children’s personal information

Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are under 18 years of age for its own purposes. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe that a child under 18 years has provided personal information to us, please write to  legal@linkwheelie.com with the details, and we will take the necessary steps to delete the information we hold about that child. However, using our products, you can collect information about individuals who may be children. If you process information relating to children, you acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations related to protection of such personal information.

We take data security very seriously. We are hosted on the highly secure and reliable Amazon AWS servers, that promise optimal uptime, and data security for all our customers. Our servers are hosted in world-class AWS data centers that are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. All our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data absolutely safe.

We have taken steps to implement appropriate administrative, technical & physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of the information you entrust to us. If you have any concerns regarding the security of your data, we encourage you to write to us with any questions.

Blogs and forums

We may offer publicly accessible blogs and forums on our websites. Please be aware that any information you provide on these blogs and forums may be used to contact you with unsolicited messages. We urge you to be cautious in disclosing personal information in our blogs and forums. We is not responsible for the personal information you elect to disclose publicly. Your posts and certain profile information may remain even after you terminate your account with us.
