Linkwheelie Elevator Terms
1.You have been a user of Linkwheelie for at least a fortnight.
2.Promote Linkwheelie genuinely within your audience and network for the benefit of all parties involved.
3.Conversions are acknowledged only when your referral evolves into a paid customer. Individuals enjoying free trials or those who claim a refund within our 7-day money-back guarantee are not considered conversions.
4.A minimum of $100 in earnings must be accrued before a payout is processed.
5.Payouts for a month's earnings are scheduled for the 15th of the following month.
6.Conversions are systematically tracked via your distinctive elevator link, provided by our reliable tracking software, First Promoter.
7.A 60-day cookie life is offered, so if a purchase is made within this period from the click on your link, you will be credited as the elevator for that transaction.
8. Self-referrals are strictly forbidden.
9. The use of PPC advertising methods is not authorized.
10. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of three consecutive months may be subject to termination.
11. Any misuse or transgression of the elevator program rules may lead to your account being immediately discontinued.
12. In the case of disputes, Linkwheelie will conduct a fair review. However, the final decision rests solely with Linkwheelie.

13. Elevators are not employees of Linkwheelie and shall not be considered as such under any circumstance. They are independent contractors.
14. Any tax liability as a consequence of the payouts is solely the responsibility of the elevator.
15. Elevators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
16. Elevators are prohibited from making false or misleading statements regarding Linkwheelie services.
17. Spamming or unethical marketing practices in any form are strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate termination of the elevator account.
